I believe that the offer price of 58c will provide strong support as Joelstar predicts. It also acts as a drag to any upside over 60c because of the arbitrage it offers existing shareholders to scalp a few cents while still maintaining their core holding. That arbitrage profit is not worth the tax penalty for the retail share holder who gains a miserly 2c a share at 60c, but it becomes more attractive if the price gets much higher.
This acts as a damper for any volume trading over 60c.
I expect SPR to trade in the range of 58c to 60c until after the close of the offer on 10th May, unless there is significant news either good or bad before then.
