Maybe listen to their discussion? which follows on from an extremely informative recent interview, educating on mill design and metallurgy. The sensible point they make is that the current mill was suited for oxidized low grade open pit, not fresh underground high grade. This restart cost mentioned was for rebuilding various components to optimize for NN.
