Your image (zoomed in) is strongly suggestive that the geologists at SPR believe hole 1413 was a miss (from preliminary appearance) and that holes 1411 & 1428 have a similar appearance to hole 1432 (although maybe without the visible gold so may not be quite as good as hole 1432). I would say they are hedging their bets with hole 1412 and expecting a modest thickness and grade as they have chosen to put it in yellow 23-33 Grams x Metres area. These are of course just best guesses as they see more mineralisation they will be able to judge what they have got, but of course will need to rely on assays for confirmation.

Nice reward for going through the drama of setting up on waste dumps and drilling some deep holes. I wouldn't be surprised to see that Pepper ends up being another discrete shoot in the same geometry and configuration as Four Pillars and Westwinds once they get a few more drill holes into the area.
