This is a pretty amateur write up - figure 8 shows the now obsolete resource model, with no legend so the grades are anyones guess. And the fact it needs updating to reflect new drilling tells me they dont really need this in the announcement at all.
The drilling is all inside the current pit shell so you would exprect it to be mineralised. Infill drilling to get expected grades.
Without the JV i have no idea how they plan to fund a mining restart, cant see them getting the funds via CR but there isn't much left worth selling on the books...
