I think the SP would have responded much better if this news had come sooner - when POG was higher and it wasn't so close to the US election...
There's probably plenty of holders like me who took some profit off the table and sold into the news this morning. I want some cash handy to buy back in lower if there's a decent market fall or POG comes under pressure again, which could very well happen.
Its nice to see some decent news flow finally though. It gives me confidence to continue to be patient despite the frustrating trading range we've been in for a number of months now. The re-rate may not come until after the election, when the market historically goes on a big bull run. Just my thoughts
