agree. & it shows how much I know (not much). 10%+ is more than my muted expectation.
unfortunately, that “incredible amount of gold”, is mostly worthless, as it’s open cut, which government restrictions won’t allow them to mine open cut. Only a tiny amount is underground resource, thats why I keep banging on about them announcing they’ll come up under the open cut from underground. THEN, we do have a decent amount of gold.
