They have 20 million and 3-4 rigs going. If there's something there, they'll find it at some point.
In the meantime the stock's going to move around. Even insiders only have a two-week advantage over every one else, so even if they're selling for whatever reasons, things could still change for the positive at any time. All they have to do is find something. CC's wife was ready to sell 6mm shares when the market was at .23, so insider trading isn't the be all and end all of this stock.
