Two constants in Troy is Jones, he has plenty of skin on try and Ken. But it's Ken who has been leading the charge on the ground building mines virtually from the ground up at low cap exp.
Karouni is the only one where there has been major issues and they happened after Ken took a step back from looking after the operations, Ken stepped back in to get things back on track.
Yes Ken is not getting any younger, I hope try can continue to enjoy his expertise and commitment for some time
