    Let's play devil's advocate and assume you have advance knowledge and want to sell. You can chose between shares you own 100% and indirect holdings where you own 25-50%, why would you sell from the indirect holdings? Why would you sell a small stake and not much more when the price is holding up? To me it seems the shares had to go to raise cash. Sorry for John...
