The June 23 presentation page 7 on the company website definitely says down to one rig. Having considered it a little more, I can actually understand the strategy of conserving cash at this time. The market just doesn’t seem to care whatever Wia releases, so maybe it is best to conserve cash until the gold junior market has turned and our share price reflects true value?
Of course flip side is we never build any real momentum with 6 weeks between announcements.
If the super high grade zone proves to be shallow plunging, to me that looks like it would be open-pittable and a potential further game changer if so.
