Hello. It looks like its in an iron rich environment. The more iron fused with the titanium, the worse the economics. While having an iron rich bedrock is normal; it all depends on how much iron is mixed/fused with the titanium.
Based on the info, it looks like the titanium is in the green "kamafugite", which appears "iron bearing". Note: I am not a geologist.
