The 11c close yesterday was accompanied by rising volume. Good and strong support at 10.5c.

TB played his hands well. The proposed options, well timed, attractively priced at 12c is not a ruse. I believe Tony expects impending announcements on SS and gold drilling results to be favourable and this will enhance shareholder value. On the other hand I think he knew that the take up of the recent options would be dismayed (as explained in my note above). As such he needs to replace with a new options for KRC’s financial security.

The new options also serve as a just reward for those who believe in the KRC story. It is a grateful move by TB – to thank shareholders who believe and stood by him.

With the impending SS, further gold drilling results and the positive dynamics of Vanadium and the attractive priced options, KRC is now looking increasing attractive for longer term players. On a risk reward equation, over the past 6 months, I believe the risk of investing in KRC has eased.

Others have jokingly commented that KRC may be the game changer (to their lives). This is no longer a laughing matter, it has assumed a more serious tone.
