To provide further context for any estimate of current cash position, Quebec provides a very sizeable rebate on exploration expenses, with a 40% refund on drilling costs. A company can take that 40% refund and use it for more drilling, which then activates another refund, ad infinitum. I'm sure everyone realizes Patriot will be raising funds at some point, but there's no reason to always assume the worst-case scenario and an intent to mislead in every situation.
