Well, management was at least being quite candid with the Quebec Govt and Argonaut, and presumably each other, regarding their mining plan, including what/when they'll need to dam, and how they need go underground from Y1.
There must be some perfectly innocent and ethical reason why they want shareholders to digest this stuff many months after insiders!
