For management to use the transition argument to explain the share price is IMO a bit of a cop out. It was struggling quite some time ago when they were still at the height of exploration at Southern Nights. The struggling share price is due to a number of factors. Some of which definitely lay at the feet of managerial decisions. It is often more comfortable to look out the window than face the mirror.
