just a thought. RESOLUTION 4 is to increase the Non Executive pool ...the POOL not individual NON ECECUTIVE DIRECTORS. This is so they can.
- Get an Independaent Chairman
- Increase number of non-exec directors with appropriate skills & experience to support growth
If we dont vote for this then we may hold Company back. We must pay what market wants and it says they may not even use all of it
Read it carefully before you just say NO to everthing.
