Awesome. Best of luck Jonny. I'm personally in the red, but I too will be topping up before ex-dividend in order to average down, without a doubt. Sure, it's been a rough time for NHC recently, but the SP at this level is a bargain IMO. This is showing great bang for buck at current levels
