Some talking about CR to scare investors.
Last CR was only done to directors (two large shareholders) and one key Chinese manager.
The management is taking care of shareholders not crap CR.
I don't believe it will be a CR required in near term.
They were in discussion to set up local manufacturing facility in China. It could be done as a partnership, imo.
