So as outgoing CEO who has done immeasurable damage to Mayfield, Ashok's last action is getting Board approval to enter into an incubator agreement with himself (he appears as director and shareholder of the incubator company), where he hopes to get the personal benefit of turning around the very centres he couldn't turn around in Mayfield?
And despite the very clear desire of shareholders to disassociate from Genius, the new Board slaps them in the face with a new agreement to indirectly buy centres from Genius or re-buy the same centres we already were once fooled to buy from Genius?
Followed up with a 9m share dilution under the guise of shoring up the balance sheet (which they destroyed).
I'd say shame on you, but these people are shameless.
