I'm dumbfounded. Given all the publicity around the issues and allegations with Genius, the 3 independent directors have thought this is the best course for the company??!! Really? there was no other options on the table then to double down with this mob.
We are selling our duds to the company now headed by our failed ceo and at the same time Genius are selling their duds to the same company, and I bet the duds Genius are selling to the new company are the ones Genius were paid to take from G8.
And for selling them for what I presume will be cents in the dollar we have the incredible chance to buy back this shit which we all know will happen whether they are performing or not. We are managing them as well it appears? So we can't increase occupancy internally so the ceo will take it into another company and try do the same thing. It's just lunacy. And yet there is no mention about if dogco (incubator) will be acquiring centres or developing their own centres.
Not to mention we now have 9m odd new shares being issued at an absurd price screwing over all of us holders.
