How are people paying 50c for this business? when it is all over the place and sell and buying or merging or acquiring (not sure what they doing here actually) !
announcement doesn't say how much revenue they will lose due to divestment (if any) neither it says how much revenue it gains with some new management rights or whatever the hell they are doing here ... absolutely BS announcement in my opinion.
