Don't worry to much VR. The active ingredient in the drug they claim that works is idronoxil an old drug that no longer has any patent rights created way back in the 90's. What most investors are falling to note is that Idronoxil is not used in any treatments at all even after 23 years after its IP grant. And even right now they are pushing uphill to get any US or international patent grants. In fact they are hoping on new data to save the day for them. It is a joke. Even Japan has initially said no. Why would any large pharm pay for a drug they can buy of the shelf right now and use with impunity. Good to see the boys are still holding the line that a phase I trial is somehow the equal of phase II trial. And your right it is utter bullsh%$ to compare a phase I trial with a phase II/III trial.
