co-founder of the original business (called techmpire) which was a programattic marketplace for buyers/sellers. guy made a lot of money from various ventures and lived a high octane lifestyle, although his dealings in the naughties in the US when he developed a sms payment gateway (those adds where you subscribe for ringtones/wallpapers on old phones). he was served papers in the US and is currently defending himself from fraud charges, with potential for long jail sentence. from my understanding he has been liquidating all his investments to cover the costs of his legal defence. he has not been involved with this company for some time.
