Let's add its only a matter of time , could be days weeks or months, that the speculators that drove IO market to great height under the old Chinese Administration gain enough confidence in this new Chinese Administration and return to the IO market.
IO stocks at Chinese ports still at historic lows . It's not over supply.
The IO price at these levels more to do with lack of speculators in the IO market, many of whom would probably of been Chinese. Imo.
