Get you trading parcels of 1M to 2M buying ready, when this starts moving up it will be rerated unstoppably like FMG was in 2013 and 2009 back to its true market value of min $200M to $800M on my maths, it doesnt seen like it right now but lets see by Oct 2016 if im right.

The spike is coming sooner or later...Hartleys tipped us all off.- flatline

I have a punt on FMG for safer keeping this time..
