Invisi shield must be worth a lot for the "partner" to give it away for 250k shares that can't even be sold. Especially since they are purported to be signing b2b and distribution deals galore.
This smells like a related party transaction, an unrelated party would not do this deal. Either that or the hype around invisi shield is just that, hype, and the IP really worth 250k potentially worthless shares.
All those purported "scientists" doing the R&D will just have to be paid with SKN shares LOL.
