Says two things:
1. They’re confident the shares will be trading again.
2. They’re confident of the share price going north to give them a much better return than the current price.
Why else would you give up the IP to this product? If you thought the company was going under you’d hang onto the IP and vend it off to someone else later.
Doesn’t take a real big IQ to figure these things out.
