    It reads that absolute solutions created the formula for invis shield and basically SKN is buying it out so they can fully own the rights to it.
    So it’s like paying a contractor with shares rather than cash.

    How can anyone suggest it’s a bad thing that they decided to own the rights to the formula of their own product? Not a significant cost.
