I can understand holders being annoyed as many have seen their 'investment' halve over the past 6 months. There have, however , been plenty of sell signals , transmitted on a regular basis.
I cannot see why this ann was not reported when it was inked , can you? There is that more understandable to you?
Looks like the partners paid $130k for the 40% share of the AMI , well below what KIK sold $30% of the AMI to NZO for last year.
