Perhaps 'Good Oil' was right to put a question mark(perhaps, in this case ??, for emphasis) after his/her/its post as ADX, in the release, states:
"AuDAX Resources Ltd (ASX:ADX) is pleased to announce that Caspian Oil & Gas and Sibinga Petroleum have joined the AuDAX operated Romanian AMI (Area of Mutual Interest) effective Dec 1st 2009."
"effective Dec 1st 2009" may mean that the Romanian AMI was signed into effect recently and back dated to Dec 1st; perhaps to comply with legal requirements as it appears that the consortium 'Romanian AMI' (originally incorporating NZOG and Nexus)was awarded "8 prospecting licenses which gives the consortium access to additional data and as a consequence it will place the AMI in a
stronger position to successfully bid for highly prospective Romanian hydrocarbon acreage."
Without partners the AMI may not have been a legal entity to hold the eight prospecting licenses??
