SIMEC is officially looking at HAV's Fe assets. There has been no word on whether Mr Gupta's empire is looking at HAV's green metal assets (Cu-Co). Based on the series of ambitious 'green' initiatives he is spearheading, it seems that he could use them.

Although Mr Market is yet to come to the same conclusion, it seems a no-brainer for HAV to be absorbed into Mr Gupta's empire.

IMHO Mr Market's alternative view has resulted in mispricing. At some point, the valuation of HAV's assets should be a factor, suggesting that at 18.5c ps, the risk seems skewed to the upside.

Given how fast Mr Gupta moves, you'd think it should be months rather than years to learn whether he's interested in more than just HAV's Fe assets.
