Perhaps this was due to the testing methodology and equipment. I would be interested to see what Earl Grey area soils would return using the Ultrafine+ tech.
Either way, I'm encouraged by the confidence exuded in their interpretation of the geology. Never wanting to assume too much, I hope they get their clearance mighty quick and prove their worth. IF (and only if) they can prove their interpretations are correct, i don't see how the SOI or recent raising quantities will hold this back. The implied EV will weigh too heavily as the 'basement level' prices of LNR are worth holding for the long-term (IMO).
