Yes, according to the SPP prospectus, issuing of second tranche of placement shares (some $1.3 millions worth of shares will be subject to tomorrow’s voting on EGM, .. and expected date of allotment of those placement shares(~130 million shares) wound be on 22/02/24... shareholders applying SPP shares would get their allotment on that day too.
