Just sounds crazy to me how they can have a company like AVZ pay for and do all the hard work up until it needs to be dug out of the ground and then at the very last moment basically say thanks for doing all the work and paying for it all, we are going to another Chinese mob to dig it all up now, sorry.
How this doesn't get thrown out straight away in court is beyond me. Just sounds ridiculous to me honestly.
The courts are in France yeah? not the DRC?
