good story, but I am not sure who is meant to be who in that analogy regardless, Nigel didn't inform the market of background developments and even then only after AFR printed a story and then only fully once trading was suspended. Continuous disclosure would have seen the SP plummet but at least allow holders to get out. To suspend trading, as if investors should have the decision taken away from them because Nigel knows best, is not in the best interest of share holders and comes at the end of a string of "not deemed material" decisions by Nigel. That's were management is culpable
