so you would expect a property owner who is selling to tell you that the neighbour is off his or her head and somehow lays claim to part of the property because apparently someone in council received some money, but said money can’t be traced and the full amount the person at the council wanted for the portion of land which wasn’t theirs to sell has never been paid. I understand the frustration but feel it’s misplaced
