This is a fair point expecially with the transaction changing the shareholder structure of Dathcom.

Avz view is it is irrelevant, if they are vindicated in hindsight great, I can see why they felt that way.

If they aren't vindicated, they are seriously in hot water..

Nothing to say they won't win so I hope and expect it's a non discussion point in a few months (if drc does what smart, certainly doesn't feel like they are shying away from anti curruption agenda s)
