the same thing didn’t happen to the previous owner,
from what I recall, the previous mob obtained an exploration licence then failed to comply with the terms of that licence, ie they did little or no exploration within a 5 year period, so effectively the permit expired. AVZ has performed considerable exploration works, studies and reports, no comparison in my opinion
