If the DRC government and China want this to themselves somehow then it's a done deal IMO. The narrative will fit whatever they have already decided. Doubt both parties are in any real rush. Not like the goods are going anywhere but China anyway. Cricket not being played here but life ain't always fair.

Licence not granted, end of surely, no court can grant one, follow the money as they say.
