They can state and restate a 1000 times that "they believe" they have good legal title but the DRC has said you are not getting a mining licence unless you can harmoniously resolve your ongoing disagreements , conflicts and differences with your fellow JV partners .
I cant see how several prolonged legal stoushes purvey any goodwill towards a mutual resolution.
they also state and restate that they have "strong prospect's " of success but that all remains to be seen if it plays pout in the real world.
