100% it's Cominiere, they obviously aren't happy that they will be left with nothing basically.

That's why they sold the 15% to zinjin, so that they could hold the project up while they try and create a new JV with zinjin, and then they will have quite a lot of the % ownership, that's big money.

From memory zinjin even said if you make a new JV with us instead you can keep the 30mil we gave you for the 15%. Basically giving them a bribe which is legal lol.
