    Also a fact no one is considering including the BOD is.....

    Prememptive Rights, the holder must match the third-party bidder, So why is the BOD so hang up with ZJ

    Knowing the business enviroment, AVZ bod should have paid and finalised this early, leaving it to the last moment gave "C" a window to find a thridparty that was willing to provide a golden handout.
