If management were smart they'd cut a deal ASAP and be grateful instead of being bent over and getting thrown out in the morning so to speak. AVZ IMO hold no cards as they are a small minnow against two whales, they also don't appear to be in the real world regards the DRC. This isn't the first time this kind of "grab" has occurred. Now I'd be P off to if I held and still might hope/chase it comes good eventually, however bottom line, if AVZ go legal, perhaps you'll lose the lot, you'll be squeezed out financiallly having 2 of the biggest deep pocket enemies to battle against. They'll only IMO be one winner.

This is ALL and ONLY about money, so cut a deal if you are able to.
