With all respect, the fact you don't like what is being suggested is unfortunately your decision ultimately, as for professionals, who management or their $$$ lawyers, that's if it ever gets to court. Bottom line it will come out the ground eventually and I'd imagine enough readies have already been handed over to keep various people happy contented for longer than AVZ can possibly stay afloat.

Do a deal while you can, management ain't the sharpest knife in the draw but then again they up against very formidable foe. They shouldn't get greedy or you'll be in a deeper corner having literally dug yourself so deep it'll be very difficult to get any result IMO.

I have no financial interest in anything here, nearly bought in years ago but went finally with IVN Friedland instead, more luck than anything else being honest.
