    Not entirely true at all, DRC does have some history yes however IVN is an example of an issue years ago being resolved by the intrepid mining pioneer Robert Friedland - Ivanhoe Mines.

    This bloke goes there and shakes hands.... Just saying....

    Robert resides in Singapore btw
