You have to remember who is majority SH in #Dathcom: $AVZ!! Let’s not get side tracked with these legal cases. The ML is issued to $AVZ as the majority holder. The ICC cases run on the side and chances are that once the ML is granted, and it will have to be granted, these cases will stop dead in their tracks. Remember, #Zijin do not hold shares in this JV. The LEGAL distribution remains: 75% $AVZ and 25% #Cominiere, whereby $AVZ retain first right of refusal over 15% of that. People cannot all of a sudden change the law or revise or negate legal contracts, which are binding! Nor can a bribed judge in the #RDC decide that Simon Cong can have his share back or get more money for it. C’mon, get real, seriously! What would this world come to? The cat is out of the bag. So let’s steer clear of all the theatre and focus on what will have to transpire: the issuance of the ML once all details have been worked out.
