I completely agree that we cant stay at 30mil forever, but i’m missing the logic as to why Hartleys would be selling. If they got approx 90mil shares at 5.3, selling between 5.3 - 5.5 (not huge volume at 5.5) would only gross them around the 1 mil mark [90,000,000 x 0.01 (5.4 sell price - 5.3 buy price)] = 900,000 and then another 100k added for any sells at 5.4 - surely that’s a small pay day for a company like that?

I cannot see why they would bother selling at that price when they could wait only another couple of months and maybe sell for double that, unless it is their intent to try and hold the price low, but to what end? For a buyer of theirs to pick them up - surely there are easier ways to sell them off market if that was the goal....broker data may be able to confirm if they are selling, but it doesn’t seem to make financial sense as to why they would.

It could be the buyers over the last couple of months that were able to buy as low as 3.9 i think, even at 5.4, they have made a decent profit.
Either way, It seems buyers and sellers are currently content at the moment transacting in the low 5’s as we wait for the next lot of announcements....hopefully next week!
