It basically a subjective announcement. It is based on oberservations and opiniion, not fact. I was a little surprised they announced it without the assays, and I am wondering if they are looking to prop up the SP until the next round of expected announcements are released. I am happy to see it because it will limit any depreciation that could have potentially occurred, but did strike me as a little odd they released the information without the quantitative data to back it up.
That being said, the lees-booth area could be a significant development for us, just have to wait for the assays to confirm it.....once this happens, the rocket your looking for will launch.
