Interesting development. As followers would know the Clark land was worth about 14c a share, that price has probably dropped a bit due to Covid. But even 10c is 6 times our present share price.
What I find interesting is firstly that date of May 29 (as though they are expecting something to occur prior to that), secondly they mention the sale of Clark & the turnaround of the Aust business to repay the loan. Well the Aust business still has the appeal (which will take at least a year) and the ACCC action hanging over it. It can't be improved until these cases conclude. So they are expecting the Clark sale by May 29.
