There are 2 cases, they are appealing the AAT decision which could lead to them losing their Australian license to operate. Note the Aust ops lose money, it's the overseas ops that are profitable. The ACCC case has been heard but is still awaiting a judgement. If we lose that, it would take about a year to impose penalties, I believe the ACCC is not going for repayment of moneys SIT received for VET. They would also have the option to appeal that decision by which time Clark would well & truly be sold & hopefully a dividend type payment made to shareholders. Remember Vern Wills has 124m shares & he'll be looking for a return on that.
